All contest submissions implied agreement to the following contest rules;

Only the top ten submissions were contacted

All finalists hereby agree to the use of their submission in any way, part or form, by use of the sponsors, their agents and/or any other use that may be considered by the sponsors. 

The finalists agree to their name, address and likeness to be used in any media promotional material as the contest sponsors see fit. 

The finalists must validate their submission as their own original work and not plagiarized in any way shape or form.

If a photograph is submitted, it is understood that all participants in the photograph consent to their likeness to be promoted as part of the contest. If the material is chosen as a finalist, then a written media release from every identifiable person in the photograph is required or the submission will be forfeited.

The prize was awarded as is, where is. shipping is at the discretion of the sponsor and is not necessarily part of the prize. 

This contest was open to Canadian citizens currently living in Canada and is void where prohibited. It is the contestant’s responsibility to ensure that they live in a region that allows for such winnings prior to making their submission. All finalist selected will have to prove visa vie  government issue photo identification of their citizenship and place of residence. 

One submission was permitted per person and per email address. The contest organizer has the right to exclude any submission for what ever reason at any time as submission may not represent the ideals of the participating sponsors.
