Classes are offered to members only.
Memberships may be purchased at the time of Judging class registration.

To cover hard training costs, classes are $50 in addition to your annual membership.
This is a one time only fee as long as you maintain your annual membership.   

Classes are generally 2 hours long and provide instruction on how to judge competition meats. 

Qualified and experienced competition Cooks  will provide samples to the judging candidates
and explain what a judge should be looking for during an event.
